As third year Software Engineering students in SLIIT (Sri Lanka), we are assigned to do a mobile application in Mobile Application Development course. The mobile application will be develop using both Android and iOS platforms. First we started the project using Android platform.

The mobile application is a business application that can be used to buy items from a supermarket. Today people are busy with their life style. Because of the duties that they have to complete. So the buying items through mobile phone will be support to reduce the time that we take to buy items by visiting the supermarket. Mobile phone is a thing that people always carry with themselves. If we can link the shopping to the mobile phone, so far it will be a good solution. We got the approval and then we started to develop the application.
